5. How do I fund my ecoPayz account?

6. How do I deposit funds to my account using ecoPayz?

Please follow these steps to fund your account with ecoPayz:

• Log in to your account.
• Go to Cashier and select the ecoPayz option.
• Enter or select your deposit amount and bonus code (if applicable), then click on 'Deposit'.
• You will now be re-directed to the ecoPayz website.
• Login to your ecoPayz account.
• Verify the payment details and confirm the transaction.
• You will receive instant confirmation of the transaction when you've completed this process. You'll then be redirected to the "Cashier".

7. Are there any fees associated with ecoPayz?

We don’t charge a fee for ecoPayz deposits. ecoPayz may charge you a fee for your transactions. Please visit https://www.ecopayz.com/en/fees-limits/ecoaccount for more details on their fee structure.

8. How long will it take for my transfer to reach my account?

It may take 10-20 seconds for funds to be added to your account after the transaction processing is successfully completed.

9. Can I withdraw funds to my ecoPayz account?

Yes, to withdraw funds using ecoPayz you need to have made a successful deposit with your ecoPayz account within the last six months.

However, we cannot process withdrawals to Pre Paid MasterCards linked to your ecoPayz account.
