Build a Bet+

What is Build a Bet+?

Build a Bet+ is a bet consisting of a Build a Bet and additional legs from different event(s). A Build a Bet+ can be two separate Build a Bets from two events or a Build a Bet from one event and one single leg from a different event.

1. General Terms & Conditions

If any leg or leg(s) within a Build a Bet are voided then the Build a Bet part of the Build a Bet+ is voided. The price of the remaining leg(s) will be re-calculated and settled based on the result of those legs.

For example:

A 4 leg Build a Bet+ consisting of two Build a Bets with 2 legs.

Build a Bet 1

  • Event 1 / Market 1 - VOID
  • Event 1 / Market 2

Build a Bet 2

  • Event 2 / Market 1
  • Event 2 / Market 2

Market 1 in Event 1 is VOID so the Build a Bet 1 is VOID but the bet will still stand on the price of Build a Bet 2 like any other accumulator.

Build a Bet Errors

Errors in a Build a Bet can occur if there are conflicts within the bet.

This is when you select two or more outcomes within the same match that cannot both happen at the same time or are mathematically impossible to combine. When you select conflicting markets, the system will typically block the wager, display an error message, or refuse to calculate a combined potential payout/price.

We use specific pricing algorithms to calculate the combined odds of a single game. If selections contradict each other or overlap incorrectly, the system cannot process them.

Here are the primary ways bets conflict:

  • Direct Contradictions: Selecting opposite outcomes. For example, betting on Team A to win the match while simultaneously selecting Team B to win. Both cannot happen.
  • Mutually Exclusive Scores: Combining a specific correct score with an incompatible goalscorer or total. For example, picking a match to end 0-0 but also adding Player X to score first or Total Goals Over 2.5.
  • Invalid Double Counting: Trying to combine identical or heavily correlated markets that the system handles through specific formulas. For example, adding Team A to win the 1st Half and Team A to lead at Half Time. While they mean the same thing, trying to stack them as independent odds creates a conflict.

Example:

Conflicting Selection 1 Conflicting Selection 2 Why It Fails
Under 1.5 Total Goals
Both Teams to Score (BTTS) - Yes If both teams score, there must be at least 2 goals.
Player X to Score a Hat-Trick
Total Match Goals Under 2.5
A hat-trick requires one player to score 3 goals, making "Under 2.5" impossible.
Team A to Win 1-0
Team B to Score First
If Team B scores first, Team A cannot win 1-0.
No Red Card in the Match  Player X to Receive a Red Card
A specific player cannot get a red card if there are zero red cards.

If your bet slip shows a conflict error, look through your selections for any outcomes that form part of the common conflicts.

REMOVE one of the clashing picks, and the system will automatically recalculate your odds, allowing you to place your bet.
