Risk Free Bet Terms and Conditions

Introduction

1.1

These Terms and Conditions are valid for rewards in our sports betting and live betting products which are called "Risk Free Bet" and are labelled as such. In addition to Risk Free Bets, there are two further types of rewards, namely Free Bets and Odds Boost.

1.2

A maximum of one reward may be used per bet slip. A combination of multiple rewards is not possible.

1.3

In addition to these Terms and Conditions for Risk Free Bet, our General Terms and Conditions and our General Terms and Conditions for Promotions apply.

1.4

In the case of a conflict or contradiction between these Terms and Conditions for Risk Free Bets, the General Terms and Conditions for Promotions and our General Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions for Risk Free Bets shall have precedence, followed by the General Terms and Conditions for Promotions and then the General Terms and Conditions, however only to the extent necessary to clarify the conflict or contradiction.

Risk Free Bet

2.1

If a "Risk Free Bet" is offered, you will be entitled to „protect“ a bet and will receive 100% of your stake back if your bet is settled as lost.

2.2

Risk Free Bets may be subject to restrictions: for example, they may only be valid for certain sports or may only be placed on certain devices. In such cases you will be informed of the restrictions in the relevant reward overview.

2.3

If the selection in your bet slip can be protected with a Risk Free Bet, the relevant Risk Free Bet will be automatically displayed in the bet slip. You may then either protect your selection using the Risk Free Bet or save the Risk Free Bet for later.

2.4

Available Risk Free Bets will be displayed above the bet slip (desktop) or directly in your account (mobile device). You can access the rewards overview via the banner, in which all of the available rewards will be displayed.

2.5

If not otherwise stated, the Risk Free Bet is only available to real-money players. You must make an initial deposit of at least R50 into your account in order to use a Risk Free Bet.

2.6

If a Risk Free Bet is settled as "lost", the protected stake will be credited as a Free Bet, which may be subject to certain conditions. Free Bet winnings may only be used by "real-money players" to place subsequent bets. A new customer may only pay out potential winnings from a Free Bet won or use the winnings for other bets once they have achieved the status of a "real-money player" and have made a deposit and placed a real-money bet.

2.7

If a bet placed using a Risk Free Bet is settled as "cancelled" , the Risk Free Bet will lose its validity and may not be used again for another bet. The same applies if a bet concluded using a Risk Free Bet is paid out or changed using the „Cash Out“, „Auto Cash Out“ or „Edit My Bet“ features.

2.8

If a Risk Free Bet is settled as a dead heat (d/h) and the relevant dead heat odds drop below 1.00, the Risk Free Bet will lose its validity.

2.9

A Risk Free Bet may be restricted to one (1) single bet or one (1) Multi bet. The Risk Free Bet may not be spread across multiple bets. Multiple single bets, system bets and banker bets are excluded from Risk Free Bets.

2.10

If a Risk Free Bet is offered, it may only be used once and only within the period displayed on the screen. If the validity period expires without the Risk Free Bet being used, the Risk Free Bet will become invalid.

2.11

A Risk Free Bet may only be used for our sports betting and live betting products. All other products are excluded.

2.12

If special conditions, such as minimum odds, restrictions for Multi bets, etc., apply to specific betting options or promotions, these restrictions will also apply to Risk Free Bets.

2.13

The Company cannot guarantee the availability of Risk Free Bets on all devices and in all browsers.
