The following banks can be used with iPay: ABSA, Capitec, FNB, Investec, Nedbank, and Standard Bank.

3. Do I need an account with iPay to deposit?

No, you only need to have a bank account with one of the banks listed in question 2 (and funds in that bank account, of course!).

4. How do I fund my account using iPay?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the 'Cashier' tab and select 'Deposit'.
  3. You will now see the iPay logo. To select this deposit option simply click on the icon.
  4. Enter or select your deposit amount and bonus code (if applicable), then click on 'Deposit'.
  5. You will now be redirected to iPay.
  6. Select your preferred bank from the list.
  7. You will be redirected to your bank's website.
  8. Enter your online banking login details.
  9. Confirm the amount requested to be deposited to your account.
  10. You will receive an instant confirmation and you will be redirected back to the cashier.

5. Are there any fees associated with iPay?

There is no charge for deposits made using iPay.

6. How long does it take to receive the money transferred into my account?

The money will be transferred to your account instantly.

7. Can I withdraw to iPay?

No. iPay is currently available as a deposit option.
