How do I receive and use my Bonuses?

• This Promotion is available to customers when making their first qualifying deposit.
• The Promotion is a one-time offer limited to one per person, family, household, IP address and device.
• To participate, customers will need to make a valid deposit of R200 or more to activate the full Signature Welcome Pack, including Deposit Match, Back Up Bet, Bonus Spins and Rewards Points.
• The bonus is a 100% deposit match bonus up to R15,000 credited as cash in 10 equal parts as you complete wagering.
• Each payout is equal to 10% of the customer’s Deposit Match value.
• To unlock all 10 payouts, the customer must complete 100% of the applicable wagering requirements within the promotional period.

What are wagering requirements?

• The wagering requirements to unlock the entire bonus are outlined below:
  • Sports & Horse Racing wagering requirement: 5x on bets with minimum odds of 1.90.
  • Casino Games wagering requirement: 20x
• Not all bets contribute the same percentage to the wagering requirement. The stake contributions are as follows:

• Only settled bets contribute to wagering requirements. Cancelled, invalid, void, cashed-out bets and bets placed using Free Bets do not count.
• For example, a customer who deposits R100 receives a R100 Deposit Match. If playing sport, the customer must wager R500 in total to unlock the full R100 in cash bonus. The customer unlocks R10 cash for every R50 wagered on eligible events.
• The bonus expires 60 days after being credited if the wagering requirements are not met.
• If a customer requests a withdrawal or cancels their bonus before completing the applicable wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled and all outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited.

Why do I not have my Bonus?

Here are a few common reasons:

• You haven't made a qualifying deposit of R50 or more within 7 days of registration.
