1. What is EFTSecure Instant EFT?

Instant EFT is an online payment solution that allows you to make instant and secure payments in real time settling funds directly to our bank account.

2. Which banks will allow me to deposit via Instant EFT?

The following banks can be used with Instant EFT: ABSA, Standard Bank, Capitec, FNB, Nedbank, Investec, Bidvest, Tyme, WindhoekOldmutual.

3. Do I need an account with EFTSecure to deposit?

No, you only need to have a bank account with one of the banks listed in question 2 (and funds in that bank account, of course!).

4. How do I fund using Instant EFT?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the 'Cashier' tab and select 'Deposit'.
  3. You will now see the EFTSecure logo. To select this deposit option simply click on the icon.
  4. Enter or select your deposit amount and bonus code (if applicable), then click on 'Deposit'.
  5. You will now be redirected to EFTSecure.
  6. Select your preferred bank from the list.
  7. You will be redirected to your bank's website.
  8. Enter your online banking login details.
  9. Confirm the amount requested to be deposited to your account.
  10. You will receive an instant confirmation and you will be redirected back to the cashier.
  11. In case you are retuning back for the next time you will see your previous bank account available on the cashier page, you can proceed with the deposit without bank selection needed.

5. Are there any fees associated with Instant EFT deposits?

There is no charge for deposits made using Instant EFT.

6. What is the minimum and maximum amount I can deposit using Instant EFT?

The minimum withdrawal amount that you can deposit via Instant EFT is 50.00 ZAR and the maximum deposit amount is 1000000.00 ZAR.

7. How long does it take before you will credit the money to my betting wallet?

The money will be transferred to your betting wallet instantly.

8. Can I withdraw using Instant EFT?

Yes, you can withdraw using Instant EFT. However, you can only withdraw to the bank accounts you used for deposit given your bank account name matches with your first name and last name in betting account .

9. Are there any transaction fees associated with Instant EFT withdrawals?

There is no charge for withdrawals made using Instant EFT.

10. How do I withdraw using Instant EFT?

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the cashier and select 'Withdrawal'.
  3. Select Withdrawal.
  4. You will now see the Instant EFT logo, to select this withdrawal option simply click on the icon.
  5. Enter your withdrawal amount and select the bank account to which you want to withdraw from drop down(if you have more than one bank account used for deposit)  then click on 'Withdrawal'.
  6. If the transaction is successful, you will see the message 'Successful Withdrawal' and a unique transaction ID that you should keep for your records.

11. What is the minimum and maximum amount I can withdraw using Instant EFT?

The minimum withdrawal amount that you can withdraw via Instant EFT is 50.00 ZAR and the maximum withdrawal amount is 1000000.00 ZAR.

12. How long does it take to receive the money transferred into my account?

Once approved your Withdrawal will be credited to your bank account instantly. 

13. Can I withdraw the same day I deposit through Instant EFT?

Yes, you may request a Withdrawal the same day you deposit provided you have met the terms and conditions.

14. Can I withdraw more than my initial deposit using Instant EFT?

Yes. However, please remember that all withdrawals are first approved by our internal review team. Once the withdrawal is processed you would receive the funds instantly in your bank account.

15. Why am I not seeing Instant EFT option for withdrawal on my account?

You can withdraw using Instant EFT only via bank accounts used for depositing and when your bank account information is matching with your registered betting account. Please reach out to our customer contact support team for more information.
